The "Insured Portal" is for personal insurance policies recognizable by a policy number containing both letters and numbers, for your general access. If your policy number consists of only numbers there is no "Insured Portal" access available, however, you are able to make a payment online via the "Make a Payment" button.

Refund Policy

If for any reason you wish to cancel your policy with Oswego County Mutual Insurance Company we ask that you contact your agent representative. Upon receipt of the cancellation request from your agent any unearned premium due to you will be mailed to the last known address within 30 days of receipt.
